The FLIP Museum is a nonprofit and 501(c)(3) organization that is working towards opening a new children’s museum in the greater Portland Metropolitan Area. We hope to enhance the early learning experiences and promote social-emotional, language, physical, and cognitive development of children who are 0 to 10 years of age in underserved communities. We plan to create an environment where children and their families play and connect with others in the community.

The need for a new children’s museum in our community is immediate. Our community lost the only children’s museum in 2021 due to the pandemic. We intend to launch our first children’s museum space within the next 4 years, and we need all the help we can get to reach this goal.

Who We Are

The FLIP Museum’s activities are made possible through the Washington County Human and Health Services Grant: Community Prevention Strategies to Improve Social and Emotional Wellness Across the Lifespan.
